Mrs. Christina Roman
The classroom should be a vibrant atmosphere with common expectations of behavior in order to create an environment of mutual respect while allowing for individual growth and creativity.
Mrs. Roman is a graduate of Penn State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. She sees a good teacher as one who not only has common goals for the class, but who also gives careful thought to how each child can best attain these goals. She regards the effective teacher as a positive role model who sets high behavioral expectations for her students and who works hard to build a relationship of mutual trust and respect.Class Notes
