Enrollment Process

Sacred Heart School has open enrollment.
- If you are interested in Sacred Heart School for your child, please call the School Office at 717-248-5351 during school hours. We’ll be happy to arrange a tour of the school and make sure you receive all necessary materials.
  
  Enrollment Requirements
  
  Kindergarten entrants must be 5 years old on or before September 1.
  We recommend that your child be with you upon enrollment.
  The following documentation must be on file preferably upon enrollment, but before the first day of school:
  Birth certificate
  Baptismal certificate, if the child was baptized in another parish
  Proof of adequate immunization and a physical examination as required by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
  Completed dental form
  Proof of custody where applicable
  Records from previous school (for transfer students) including a “Permission to Discuss the Needs of the Child Form”
  Each SHS family must sign the Memorandum of Understanding in order to fulfill their service obligation to the school.
- Enrollment Fees
  
  Students currently attending SHS are automatically enrolled annually. The enrollment fee is $25 for current Sacred Heart families and $50 for new families. Payment will be applied to the next year’s tuition.
